Yard Cleanup

A yard gets away from you in a San Diego spring faster than anywhere. This is the reset — weeds out, hedges and shrubs cut back, debris cleared, and the green waste bagged and put out or hauled off.

$99flat, everything included

No deposit. Pay when it's done. Or call John on (619) 928-6500.

What's included

Questions

About Yard Cleanup

More general questions are answered on the main FAQ.

Do you take trees down?

No. Tree removal is specialist work, often needs a permit, and in some San Diego neighbourhoods is restricted outright. Trimming what I can reach from the ground or a ladder is where I stop.

Is ongoing maintenance an option?

This is a one-off reset rather than a mowing round. If you want somebody regular, say so and I'll point you at people who do that properly.

What about the green waste?

Bagged and left for your bin is included. Hauling it away costs more depending on volume — send a photo and I'll tell you which makes sense.

Yard cleanup in San Diego

A San Diego yard gets away from you on a very specific schedule. The winter rains come, everything green explodes through February and March, and then it all dries out and stops. By May you have a season's worth of growth that has turned to fuel, and in a county where defensible space is a real conversation rather than a theoretical one, clearing it is not only cosmetic.

This is the reset rather than a mowing round — weeds pulled out of beds, gravel and driveway cracks, shrubs and low branches cut back to a tidy line, debris cleared off the hard surfaces, and the green waste bagged for your bin or hauled away. Tree removal is not part of it: that is specialist work, often needs a permit, and is restricted outright in some San Diego neighbourhoods. If you want somebody regular afterwards I will point you at people who do that properly.

Send a photo of the spot. I'll confirm $99.

If the photo shows something that changes the price, you'll know before I drive out — not after.
