A five-minute look at your CC&Rs before I come out is worth it, because a doorbell I have to relocate is a doorbell I mounted twice and a set of holes in your stucco that stay there. Northwest Chula Vista and Bonita are older, and there the question flips back to whether the existing wiring is up to a video unit — I check the transformer before committing.

What if I don't have existing doorbell wiring?

Yes. Pairing, WiFi, and motion zones are part of the job. I'd rather spend ten extra minutes getting the alerts right than have you turn them off next week because they fire every time a car passes.
